This intensive is part II in a series of professional trainings designed for the Enneagram Coach, Manager, Therapist, Trainer and Enneagram Enthusiast. You do not need to have attended part 1 to attend part II.

What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a profound and comprehensive tool for self-discovery. It allows one to quickly develop critical self-awareness and radically transform limiting beliefs and habitual behaviors into life-enhancing personal empowerment. This intensive introduces methods to dramatically enhance the efficacy of using the Enneagram as a model for healing and personal growth.
Energy
A critical step in professionally working with clients is to understand that type originates not as a cognitive behavioral thought pattern but as a psychosomatic unity of mind, body and spirit. This unity expresses itself as unconscious Energetic Defense Patterns created to avoid conflict and pain. Understanding these patterns can greatly enhance the effectiveness of talk therapy and coaching.
Instinct
This intensive will present advanced, university validated research on the Enneagram, Instinctual Subtypes and Intimacy that was conducted by Katherine Chernick Fauvre, Victoria Ruderman and Kit Snyder in 1998. Learn how to apply this research to improve relationships and deepen your understanding of the dance of intimacy. Learn the emotional needs of each Instinctual Type when seeking and securing a mate. In addition, the archetypes of the 27 Enneagram Instinctual Subtype combinations will be presented to improve your ability to identify the energies of the Instinctual Subtypes and distinguish between common look-a-likes.
Ego
This training presents models to enhance your understanding of the emotional responses, cognitive beliefs and egoic functioning of each Enneagram Type. Specifically, we will examine the Dichotomies of the 9 Types which reveal the foundational egoic conflict of type. In addition, we will introduce a formula for understanding the emotional responses within of each Center of intelligence in conjunction with those of each Enneagram Type. This will include how the work of Karen Horney, Our Inner Conflicts, can be applied to map and explain the distinguishing characteristics of type.
A certificate will be given to those who complete the program.
The intensives are modular and can be taken in any order.
You don't need to have attended Enneagram Pro I to attend Enneagram Pro II. Each intensive can be applied towards becoming a certified teacher with David and Katherine.
About Katherine Chernick Fauvre & David Fauvre, MA
Katherine and David are cofounders of Enneagram Explorations and co-creators of the Enneacards and Tritype. They are cutting edge, certified and published researchers, trainers and counselors.
Together, they have over 45 years of experience and teach the Enneagram in many diverse fields including: business, psychology, spirituality and healing. They work with corporations, families, couples and individuals.

He is the coauthor of the Enneacards and The 27 Tritypes Revealed. David is a leading developer of online Enneagram testing instruments and specializes in Enneagram language research algorithms. He is a Certified Enneagram Teacher with Riso-Hudson and has completed the professional training program with Palmer-Daniels. In addition to studying with many teachers, he is a certified teacher of The Work with Byron Katie.
Katherine Chernick Fauvre is a published researcher and the author of Enneagram and The Instinctual Subtypes, Enneastyle: The 9 Languages of Type and coauthor of the Enneacards and The 27 Tritypes Revealed. She is a certified Enneagram teacher with Palmer-Daniels, Riso-Hudson & Hurley-Donson and has studied extensively with many teachers including: Condon, Naranjo, Wolinsky, Ichazo & Jaxon-Bear. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Enneagram Association. A true pioneer and mathematical intuitive, she has conducted numerous personality type research studies since 1995.
